The board has voted to begin fundraising to endow our first Nosama Development Foundation scholarship with the Texas A&M Foundation. The Texas A&M Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization under IRS guidelines and is charged with soliciting, receiving, investing, and disbursing private gifts which benefit the University
